C & R Cabinets is a family-owned cabinet making business based in Coorparoo, Brisbane. We've been building custom cabinetry since 1996 — kitchens, wardrobes, commercial fit-outs, and everything in between.

Our workshop
Made from scratch, in our own workshop
Our workshop at 51 Cavendish Rd, Coorparoo is where everything happens — design, cutting, assembly, and finishing, all under one roof. Nothing is outsourced. Every cabinet that leaves here was built by our own hands.
That matters because it keeps the standard consistent. We're not coordinating with a third-party factory or chasing someone else's timeline. When something needs adjusting, we handle it ourselves — quickly and without the runaround.

Our history
More than 30 years in the trade
C & R Cabinets was founded in 1996 by Carol and Rick Calvisi. The husband and wife team built the business from the ground up, combining decades of trade experience with a commitment to doing the work properly — every time.
What started as a small local operation has grown into one of Brisbane's trusted custom cabinet makers, completing projects across the inner suburbs and beyond.
Through more than 30 years of combined experience in the trade, the business has remained family-owned and operated — the same commitment to quality and personal service that defined the early years is still what drives us today.
Our approach
Built in-house
No outsourcing. Every cabinet is manufactured at our Coorparoo workshop by our own tradesmen.
Detail-first
We take the time to get specifications right before production starts — design renders, sign-off, then build.
