Works to brief
We can work from your architectural drawings, a concept sketch, or a detailed specification. If you have a designer or architect involved, we coordinate directly with them.

We specify materials appropriate for commercial use — moisture-resistant boards, durable finishes, and hardware rated for high-cycle commercial environments.

Can you work from architectural drawings and specifications?
Yes — we regularly work from architectural plans and can coordinate directly with your architect, designer, or builder. Provide us with drawings and we'll produce a detailed quote based on the specification.
What is the typical turnaround for a commercial fit-out?
Turnaround varies significantly based on scope. A single counter or service station might be 3–4 weeks from deposit. A full hospitality fit-out may be 6–10 weeks. We'll give you a clear timeline at quote stage.
Do you handle staged fit-outs or work during trading hours?
We can discuss staging to minimise business disruption. Installation scheduling is coordinated with you directly — we understand that many commercial clients can't close for extended periods.
What materials are suitable for high-traffic commercial environments?
For high-wear surfaces we recommend moisture-resistant melamine or 2Pac finishes on MDF or HMR (high moisture resistant) board. We'll advise on the most appropriate specification for your application during the quoting stage.
Do you work on projects outside Brisbane's inner suburbs?
Yes. While our workshop is in Coorparoo, we take on commercial projects across Greater Brisbane and surrounds. Travel or access costs may apply for remote sites — discuss with us at enquiry.
