C & R Cabinets

Flat-Packs

Custom cabinetry,
you install it

Our flat-pack service gives you access to the same quality cabinetry we produce for installed jobs — custom dimensions, your choice of finish, precision CNC-cut at our Coorparoo workshop — without the installation cost. You assemble and install. We supply everything else.

  • No local support or customisation
  • Generic product, not designed for your space

All boards cut to exact specification at our Coorparoo workshop using the same CNC machinery we use for installed cabinetry.

Hinges, drawer runners, shelf pins, and cabinet connectors included. Handles can be added if required.

Who it's suitable for

Experienced DIYers

If you're comfortable with a drill and spirit level, flat-packs let you get a professional-quality result without the installation cost. Our flat-packs are assembled the same way as all standard cabinetry.

Tradespeople and builders

Builders and kitchen installers who need custom-dimensioned cabinetry supplied flat can order directly from us. We can accommodate tight turnarounds and unusual dimensions that off-the-shelf suppliers can't match.

Budget-conscious renovators

Flat-packs reduce the total project cost compared to a fully installed job. You get the same quality cabinetry — the saving is in labour. If you have time and confidence, it's a practical option.

Staged renovations

If you're renovating room by room and want consistency, our flat-packs use the same finishes and materials as our installed cabinetry — so you can match future rooms exactly.

How to order

01

Send us your measurements

Email info@candrcabinets.com.au with your room dimensions, a rough sketch or plan, and your finish preferences. The more detail you include, the faster we can turn around a quote.

02

Review your quote

We'll produce a detailed quote showing each cabinet, its dimensions, finish, and hardware inclusions. You can review and adjust before confirming.

03

Confirm & deposit

A 50% deposit confirms your order and gets production scheduled. Balance is due on completion before pickup or delivery.

04

Collect or take delivery

Flat-packs are available for collection from our Coorparoo workshop, or we can arrange delivery. Production typically takes 2–3 weeks from deposit.

Common questions

Is the quality of flat-pack cabinetry the same as your installed product?

Yes. The materials, finishes, and CNC cutting are identical. The difference is that a flat-pack is supplied unassembled, without professional installation. The end result, properly assembled, is the same product.

Can I get custom dimensions, not just standard sizes?

Custom dimensions are our standard. We don't produce off-the-shelf cabinet boxes — every order is cut to your specific measurements. This is the main advantage over big-box flat-pack retailers.

Do I need to assemble everything on site?

Flat-packs are supplied unassembled (flat). You or your installer assembles and installs them on site. We include assembly drawings with every order. Most experienced DIYers find the assembly straightforward.

Can I order flat-packs for just part of a project?

Yes. Some customers supply their own bulkheads or panels and order just the cabinet boxes flat. Others order a full kitchen flat. We're flexible — tell us what you need and we'll quote accordingly.

What if I'm not confident about my measurements?

We strongly recommend double-checking all measurements before ordering. Errors in measurement are the most common cause of fit problems. If you're unsure, an on-site consultation may be worthwhile before finalising — we can also advise by email if you send through plans and dimensions.

Do you offer installation if I change my mind?

Yes. If you'd prefer to upgrade to a supply-and-install job, contact us and we'll provide a revised quote. The cabinetry you've already paid for would be credited against the full job.
